These lighting strips are an easy way to light up your carriages and your track and buildings. The lighting strips can be cut into sections. The cut parts cannot be reconnected.

Number of LEDs: 8, divided into 2 groups of 4.
Length: 120mm / 4.72in.
Width: 6 mm / 0.24 inch.
Shortest section possible: 57.5mm / 2.26in.
Length each cut part: 15mm / 0.59 inch.
Power consumption: at 16Vdc max 20mA (max 10mA for each group)
Supply voltage: 6-24 Vdc

These light strips do not contain a rectifier, and have been developed with the intention of being connected to a DCC (function) decoder or bridge rectifier.
The light strips are equipped with one common positive connection point with which the 2 LED groups of 4 LEDs can be switched on separately from each other when using a function decoder. The brightness cannot be adjusted.

Warning!
Connecting these LED strips directly to the DCC voltage of your track results in a very short lifespan of these light strips!
Therefore, only use them in combination with a function decoder or a bridge rectifier as it is built into the DTS VVP module (see related products). This gives your lighting strips a stable rectified voltage that you can also dim. To prevent blinking, the VVP is equipped with an internal buffer which can be expanded with an external capacitor.
